On February 27, the 2025 AUCA International Education Forum & Annual Awards Ceremony, took place at the Zhengli Campus of Fudan University School of Management. The event brought together 150 representatives from AUCA overseas universities, high schools, domestic universities, government agencies, and corporate partners. Co-organized by the Washington University-Fudan University EMBA Program and Yangpu Science and Technology Innovation Group, the event also received generous support from Shanghai HJ Talent Consulting Co., Ltd.

International Education Forum

This year’s forum focused on "International Education and Talent Development: Empowering Chinese Companies in Their Global Expansion", inviting experts and representatives from academia, international education, government, and business sectors to share insights and engage in in-depth discussions. Nearly 80 renowned enterprises and 60 top-tier international high schools and universities attended, brainstorming strategies to build a talent ecosystem that empowers Chinese companies in their overseas ventures.

Featured speakers led vibrant discussions on key topics, including: "Trends and Talent Challenges in Chinese Companies’ Global Expansion" and "Best Practices in Attracting Global Talent to Drive Innovation and Entrepreneurship". They shared the latest case studies and success stories from their respective fields, offering attendees fresh perspectives and actionable strategies on talent development.

During the panel discussion, representatives from corporations, universities, and high schools explored "New Trends in Global Talent Demand for Overseas Expansion" and "How International Education Can Cultivate Globally Competent Talent".

Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony honored individuals and partners who made outstanding contributions to the AUCA community in 2024, and recognized outstanding contributors across seven categories, including: Best Partners, Best Government & Corporate Partners, Best High School & University Partners, AUCA Alumni Contribution Award and Outstanding Individual Contribution Award. The ceremony also included the appointment of the 2024-25 AUCA Steering Committee. Nearly 100 award winners present to receive their accolades.
