The AUCA Career Development Activities and Events are designed to provide a comprehensive, high-quality recruitment and career development platform for students from overseas universities. Since 2016, AUCA has held over 80 large-scale online and offline job fairs, career development forums, and school-enterprise cooperation forums nationwide, attracting participation from more than 500 companies and over 40,000 students and alumni from more than 100 overseas universities.

AUCA's career activities continuously target the increasing demands of overseas returnees, and build an exclusive platform for them to efficiently connect with the domestic job market. By integrating high-quality job resources and opening up information transmission channels, these events help overseas returnees better understand the domestic employment environment, precisely match with their desired positions, and enhance employment skills.

Corporate Visits

This summer, AUCA organized various kinds of corporate visits to overseas university students. Under the guidance of career development teachers, students visited renowned company campuses, felt the industry's pulse, and communicated deeply with company elites, HR experts, and alumni, having a clearer understanding of their career direction.

Resume Revision and Interview Coaching Workshop

To effectively enhance the job-seeking success rate, AUCA meticulously planned a series of resume revision and interview coaching workshops,  including resume optimization, group interview session and individual interview session, offering pratical training to help overseas talents adapt to the domestic employment environment and become familiar with the job application process.

Government-School-Industry Cooperation

AUCA has deep cooperation with government institutions like the Changning District Talent Work Bureau and Yangpu District Talent Work Bureau in Shanghai, the Futian District Organization Department (Talent Bureau) in Shenzhen and Zhongguancun Dongsheng Tchnology Park Co., Ltd. in Beijing. Through multidimensional cooperation, they increase efforts to attract outstanding overseas talents and innovative projects. This cooperation model provides comprehensive talent services, from career planning to skill enhancement and resource docking to innovation support, ensuring solid support for talent growth and development, and enabling enterprises to find the professional talents they need, achieving a win-win situation. 

Student Career Development Forum

AUCA student career development forums invited company elites, HR experts and outstanding overseas returnees to share their perspectives on the current trends of employment, the requirements of the job market and the techniques to get a satisfying offer. Students not only had the opportunity to have face-to-face communication with well-known enterprises, but also gained a deeper understanding of the talent policies in the domestic job market.

Career Fair

Nealy 40 famous enterprises gathered together at the career fair. Quick interviews, policy consultation, and career planning were provided at the site. These events attracted a large number of overseas students to have one-on-one communication with the employers, helping corporates and talents to match precisely, creating an integrated job-seeking platform. 

The 2025 AUCA Summer Career Development & Recruiting Activities were jointly organized by multiple overseas university offices and career development centers in China, with strong support and guidance from the government, including the Changning District Talent Work Bureau and Yangpu District Talent Work Bureau in Shanghai, the Futian District Organization Department (Talent Bureau) in Shenzhen and Zhongguancun Dongsheng Tchnology Park Co., Ltd. in Beijing.
