2026 AUCA Summer Career Events Recap
From July to August 2026, AUCA hosted a variety of in-person and virtual events to support students to learn more about the industrial development trend and career opportunities in China.
From July to August 2026, AUCA hosted a variety of in-person and virtual events to support students to learn more about the industrial development trend and career opportunities in China.
AUCA's career activities continuously target the increasing demands of overseas returnees, and build an exclusive platform for them to efficiently connect with the domestic job market. By integrating high-quality job resources and opening up information transmission channels, these events help overseas returnees better understand the domestic employment environment, precisely match with their desired positions, and enhance employment skills.
Corporate Visits
To help overseas students break through the barriers of recruitment information between China and abroad, AUCA organized various kinds of corporate visits to overseas university students. The corporates cover multiple mainstream fields such as new media, the Internet, financial asset management and so on, which allows them to immerse themselves in and experience the real industry ecosystem.
Under the guidance of career development teachers, students visited renowned company campuses, felt the industry's pulse, and communicated deeply with company elites, HR experts, and alumni, having a clearer understanding of their career direction.
Resume Revision and Interview Coaching Workshop
AUCA hosted a series of resume revision and interview coaching workshops, including resume optimization, group interview skills and individual interview responses, providing students with step-by-step guidance on the key challenges in job hunting.
Government-School-Industry Cooperation
AUCA has deep cooperation with government institutions like the Changning District Talent Work Bureau, the Futian District Organization Department (Talent Bureau) in Shenzhen and Zhongguancun Dongsheng Tchnology Park Co., Ltd. in Beijing. Through multidimensional cooperation, they increase efforts to attract outstanding overseas talents and innovative projects. This cooperation model provides comprehensive talent services, from career planning to skill enhancement and resource docking to innovation support, ensuring solid support for talent growth and development, and enabling enterprises to find the professional talents they need, achieving a win-win situation.
Student Career Development Forum
AUCA student career development forums included company elites, HR experts and outstanding overseas returnees to share their perspectives on the current trends of employment and deeply analyze the development trends of popular industries and the core competitiveness of overseas returnees. They helped the attending international students clarify a clear career planning path, effectively eliminating the information barriers for overseas students when seeking employment in China.
Career Fair
The career fair attracted over 900 overseas students and many leading enterprises to participate in the event. A large number of high-quality job resources suitable for overseas talents were released, gathering a group of outstanding young talents with an international perspective, cross-cultural communication skills, and comprehensive professional backgrounds, facilitating precise matching between enterprises and talents.
The 2026 AUCA Summer Career Events were jointly organized by multiple overseas university offices and career development centers in China, with strong support and guidance from the government.
