The AUCA Career Development Activities and Events are designed to provide a comprehensive, high-quality recruitment and career development platform for students from overseas universities. Since 2016, AUCA has held over 80 large-scale online and offline job fairs, career development forums, and school-enterprise cooperation forums nationwide, attracting participation from more than 500 companies and over 40,000 students and alumni from more than 100 overseas universities.

Faced with an increasingly complex and challenging job market, AUCA's career activities continuously explore and innovate in activity forms and content, providing students with opportunities to deeply understand the market, directly communicate with employers, and enhance employment skills.

Corporate Visits

This summer, AUCA opened corporate visits to overseas university students for the first time. Under the guidance of career development teachers, students visited company campuses, felt the industry's pulse, and communicated deeply with company elites, HR experts, and alumni, securing desired positions in advance.

Career Salons

Focusing on first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, AUCA meticulously planned a series of industry career salons, closely aligning with local key industries and leading enterprise demands. These small-scale, high-density exchange activities allowed students to understand the latest industry trends and talent standards, establish direct connections with employers, submit resumes, and build valuable networking resources among peers.

Government-School-Industry Cooperation

AUCA has deep cooperation with government institutions like the Changning District Talent Work Bureau in Shanghai and the Futian District Organization Department (Talent Bureau) in Shenzhen. Through multidimensional cooperation, they increase efforts to attract outstanding overseas talents and innovative projects. This cooperation model provides comprehensive talent services, from career planning to skill enhancement and resource docking to innovation support, ensuring solid support for talent growth and development, and enabling enterprises to find the professional talents they need, achieving a win-win situation.

Student Career Development Forum

Reviewing AUCA’s summer offline career development and recruitment activities, it was a grand event integrating student career development forums, personalized resume modification and interview guidance, exclusive recruitment fairs for overseas students, and company presentations. Nearly 70 well-known enterprises participated, attracting thousands of enthusiastic students, witnessing every step of their growth.

The 2024 AUCA Summer Career Development & Recruiting Activities were jointly organized by multiple overseas university offices and career development centers in China, with strong support and guidance from the government, including the Changning District Talent Work Bureau in Shanghai and the Futian District Organization Department (Talent Bureau) in Shenzhen. The event was co-organized by the Changning District Overseas Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship First Station and the Shenzhen Financial Technology Association, and supported by multiple overseas university Chinese Student Associations.
